This model promotes smarter resource use: what was once discarded now becomes a valuable input — whether as compost, animal feed, or recycled material. The approach is not only environmentally responsible but also economically empowering for local producers.
The program has inspired new ways of thinking about food, encouraging youth groups, farmers, and small processors to adopt circular practices that enhance sustainability across the value chain.
